Originally created with Mary Maxim Mellowspun, a sport-weight yarn, that offered 210 yards per 2 oz skein at that time. With the wide variety of sport-weight yarns available today, the options are endless. Requires knitting needles size U. S. 4 (3.5 mm) 6 (4 mm) and 8" double point size 4 (3.5 mm).
