We recommend Mary Maxim Marvelous Chunky with 270 yds/7 oz skein, as the perfect substitute! Materials List: 2 balls, and knitting needles size 11 (8 mm). Finished size 33 x 38" (84 x 96.5 cm)—Beginner friendly.

some splitting of metallic thread from main yarn
The wool was very fine but great to knit.There was one ball that I started with was full of knots that I had to cut out as I hate joining another ball to continue my work.Other then that the other balls were all fine.
